WeldFit Introduces SureLaunch® Pig – Streamlining Automated Pigging Operations

Purpose-built to work seamlessly with the SureLaunch® Automated Pig Launcher, the SLp is also highly versatile for use in traditional pigging systems.
The SLp is engineered for performance and reliability. Constructed from 80 durometer urethane, it offers the flexibility to navigate pipe deformations, traverse short radius bends and maintain a consistent seal for optimal cleaning and separation. Its integrated vented standoff design prevents stacked pigs from sticking or lodging together, making it ideal for automated launching systems that use cup-type pigs. Additionally, the SLp eliminates the need for a backing plate, streamlining operations and reducing lead times.
