Forged Baffles

Weldfit Corporation baffle plates are manufactured from quality forgings that are suitable for use in the construction of pulsation dampeners and other pressure containing assemblies where stress distribution at low intensification is required. This partition forging provides the advantage of withstanding high longitudinal stresses and resistance to fatigue.       The Weldfit baffle can be produced from a variety of steels that will provide very high strength levels and ductility. These fittings are routinely manufactured using the ASTM A707 grades of material that render minimum specified yield strengths to 65,000 psi.
