Pipe Repair Sleeves

Weldfit Corporation 's Sleeves are custom designed for each application to meet requrements of ASME B31.3, B31.4, or B31.8 piping codes, or US department of Transportation Regulations, as specified. Pressure vessel or pipeline qualitiy steel is used, with minimum specified yield strength ranging from 35,000 to 65,000 psi. Materials comply with NACE Standard MRO175.

Longitudinal welding of the sleeves is requred in all configurations. Sleeves can be furnished with back-up bars, with recesses for back-up bars, or without back-up bars.
