Weld-In Contour Inserts

Weldfit Corporation 's weld-in contour inserts are custom designed and manufactured to specific conditions and can be provided in a wide variety of materials. These integrally reinforced fittings are designed in compliance with the general rules outlined in the ASME B31 piping Codes. Weld-In Contour inserts are manufactured to be dimensionally consistent with the limits defined in ASME B31.3 Appendix D. R = 2D min * L = 2 X D MIN Ro = 1/8d MIN (H= Ro MIN) Tc = 1.5 X T MIN
